Our partnership with the Rochester Area Builders makes this event possible - thank you! Each of the builders did an amazing job creating, unique, fun, imaginative and beautiful playhouses. Thank you Bigelow Homes, Maplewood Homes, SE Technical College and Walt Pappas Construction. All proceeds raised will benefit Family Service Rochester's work addressing family violence.

Once Upon A Playhouse!
Once Upon a Playhouse is back!
The Rochester Area Builders and Family Service Rochester are partnering
again at the 2009 Builders Home Show and will be presenting all new and
creative playhouses. The Home Show is February 13-15, 2009 at the Mayo
Civic Center. You won't want to miss your chance to play in these a amazing
playhouses and maybe even win one!
This year all the playhouses will be raffled. Raffle tickets are just $10 and can be purchased in advance or at the Builders Home Show.
Who was behind it?
Members of the Rochester Area Builders are again creating these one of a kind playhouses. 2009 Builders include: Bigelow Homes, Maplewood Homes, SE Technical College and Walt Pappas. Thank you for your overwhelming support, creativity, time, energy and financial investment.
Last year, proceeds from Once Upon a Playhouse were $30,000 and created new programing for families experiencing violence.
What is the cause?
All proceeds benefit Family Service Rochester's work addressing family violence. Last year the new Journey program was funded through this event. The Journey program helps women who experienced violence and ready to make a change. This program provides in-depth life coaching helping women to make lasting changes.
